About Dajana Pavic

As a Senior Program Manager at Scotiabank, I work to deliver digital Automotive Finance projects. Prior to joining Automotive Finance, I worked in Customer Experience where I partnered with multidisciplinary teams to solve problems related to Customer Experience Design. I used consulting principles to analyze existing journeys and identified experience gaps within the Retail Bank. I assessed impact from the perspective of our customers, our employees, and our shareholders. A large subset of my work involved change management and communication where my goal was to emphasize the voice of the customer at every step of the way. Prior to joining Customer Experience, I spent 5 years with Insurance Canada’s Direct to Consumer Operations team. My responsibility was to manage end-to-end operations across the multi-million-dollar business unit. My team’s mandate included relationship management; overseeing system, channel, and product operations; as well as initiating and leading organic growth and process improvement initiatives. I received my Undergraduate Degree in Cognitive Science from the University of Toronto (UofT) where I learned the skill of combining interdisciplinary principles including statistics, logic, computer science, and psychology to solve problems. In 2016, I went back to UofT for 3 semesters to complete my Lean Six Sigma Black belt.~"Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships."-Michael Jordan
