A Certified General Level 2 Broker/Agent. While still in University I also operated and managed a very successful summer painting business for 4 years under College Pro. In 2017 I graduated with a Bachelors of Commerce from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. In 2019 I discovered the Insurance/Risk Management industry and love it. I like that I get to work on amazing high performing teams with the common goal of providing the best service we possibly can to our clients. I pride myself on always searching and finding innovative ways to help improve the efficiency of the roles I am in- As a Manager at College Pro, I created an advanced quoting program in Excel that halved the time it took to provide a client a painting quote- At Gallagher, I designed and helped develop/manage a highly advanced quoting program that has reduced the time to quote by up to 80% and has almost entirely eliminated any quoting errors. This quoting tool is now used by two of the most successful Account Managers in Gallagher Canada. I educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person- I am constantly seeking to learn and develop both professionally and personally- I stay calm when faced with challenges- I strive to make high-quality decisions- I focus on keeping a healthy lifestyle, physically and mentally.
