As Senior Advisor for Policy and Community Impact at NYEC, he leads state and local policy initiatives, empowering diverse coalitions—from workforce boards to youth—to achieve brighter futures. His career demonstrates the impact of collaborative leadership and a profound dedication to building stronger communities. Dalbin has a proven track record of spearheading impactful programs across critical areas like public safety, housing, mental health, immigration, community impact, and child welfare. His expertise in strategic planning, fundraising, and communication consistently yields transformative policies with measurable results. He excels at fostering collaboration and consensus, particularly in shaping policies that uplift strategically-underinvested communities, and has successfully led community-based coalitions for over a decade to achieve systems-level change and advance social justice. A lifelong learner, Dalbin is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education at the University of Miami, adding to his Master's degrees in Social Work and Education. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Kennedy School's Executive Education program in public leadership and a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success. Driven by a core belief in empowerment and inclusivity, Dalbin leverages his unique blend of non-profit leadership, strategic communication, youth mentorship, and community organizing skills.
