I’m a hands-on IT professional who thrives at the intersection of networking, systems administration, and end-user support. I believe being easy to work with is just as important as technical proficiency—and that empathy, clarity, and follow-through make a stronger infrastructure than any piece of hardware ever could. My path into IT wasn’t traditional. While working full-time as a forklift operator, I earned my Computer Science degree in 2024 through Walmart’s college program. That experience shaped how I approach technology: with grit, humility, and a knack for solving problems from the ground up. Today, I manage enterprise network environments, maintain Cisco infrastructure, support Active Directory and DHCP, automate tasks with PowerShell, and help optimize cloud platforms like Genesys Workforce Management. Whether I’m configuring a Nexus switch, patching a security vulnerability, or walking a user through an email issue, I bring the same level of care and attention. I specialize in: Cisco networking Infrastructure troubleshooting and root cause analysis Scripting and automation (PowerShell, PDQ) Active Directory and Windows systems support User communication and emotional intelligence Outside of work, I read philosophy, run when I can, and enjoy the chaos and joy of fatherhood.
