About Dale Draper

My first job was for a signage company, working in their warehouse building well known brands signage. This taught me the skills of how to conduct myself in the workplace and follow procedures. I then joined Logicor who have since rebranded to Ambion Heating. Ambion manufacture and sell infrared electric heating systems. I started at Logicor working as an installation/service engineer, I would travel around the country to customers properties where we would conduct electrical heating installations or fix any problems customers could be having. I then moved into the technical support office as an on the phone advisor as well as attending the technical support jobs. I have since progressed to technical support supervisor and am now managing the department. Whilst working at Logicor I have attended many networking/promotional events including UK Construction Week and The Energy Efficiency Awards.Logicor has taught me the importance of good customer service, I now have a good understanding of electrics and also I have gained management skills along they way which help me manage the department efficiently and gives as much support as possible.
