My personal values and motivators • Strong belief in the power of a team, importance of a support system, ability to train, interacts, engage other’s ideas. • Problems – Challenges: I am inquisitive and want to be seen as an outwardly competitive person who is adventuresome by nature. I am results-oriented and like to be innovative in my approach to problem solving. I am not necessarily confrontational by nature, but if a problem does exist, I will not turn down the need for correction and refocusing. • People – Contacts: I am factual and logical in my attempt to persuade others. I look at things in a rather direct and straightforward manner. My approach can be analytical and objective when attempting to influence others. • Procedures – Constraints: I am open-minded but aware and sensitive to the implications of not following the rules. I display balanced judgement in reviewing procedures. I display a natural concern for quality and procedures. Personal Beliefs Here is a collection of my favourite beliefs about my professional practice which are most pertinent in shaping how I live and work. Servant leadership is the key – believing in others, investing time and effort in relationships with mentoring, coaching, and a listening heart are keys to the spectacular. Average is easy – above average takes effort. When is the last time I did something for the first time. I strive to be a challenge seeker, an active participant, and a problem solver, valuing close relationships and friends. The harder I work (practice), the luckier I get. I don’t have to be the best; I want to do my best. How do you eat an elephant – one little bite at a time. An action creates a habit, a habit builds character, character determines destiny. Success comes at a price. Nothing worth having comes easy. I admire hard work. It’s something that can’t be taught and often leads to success.
