About Dale Gilbert

I am an experienced Software Engineer & Developer passionate about designing and building sophisticated software to enhance business efficiency and performance. I have enjoyed 5 years working in the industry, from small businesses, including my own eCommerce store, to large enterprise businesses such as the Westpac Group. Thus far my enthusiasm for all things technical has afforded me several opportunities in roles including Senior Service Engineer, Automation Developer / Analyst, Web Developer, Senior Service Desk member and more. Across these roles, I have developed a strong drive to meet and then exceed expectations through outperforming KPIs and creating exceptional experiences. My double degree in Computer Science/Mathematics (Artificial Intelligence) and Finance (B.Finance/B.Ma. & Comp.Sc – AI) at the University of Adelaide allowed me to hone my technical skills and follow my passion for Financial Technology (Fintech). Outside of work, I love spending as much free time as possible at the Murray River, whether on a weekend of water sports or relaxing with family and friends. In my future roles, I hope to continue developing sophisticated solutions to multivariate problems, making traditionally complex and expensive processes as simple and efficient as possible.
