Thank you for taking the time to review my Profile. When I am not Creating, Designing or Managing I enjoy spending time with my wife, kids and grandkids. I love to stay active bike riding, surfing, water skiing, snow skiing and playing pickle ball to name a few of my favorite down time activities. I also enjoy working on projects around the house upgrading our residence, regenerative gardening / farming and creative projects in the workshop. I have a very diverse skill set with over 30 years of Product Design and Development / Research and Development, training and managing employees, sales, finance, etc. with more listed under the skills section of my profile. I am blessed with the ability to take a viable idea from a concept to a finished, manufactured, patented, saleable product. I have been awarded multiple design awards including International Design awards for the products that I have developed along with over 15 Patents and many Trademarks associated with the products. I have successfully managed individual projects above and have effectively managed and grown businesses and divisions of companies while holding solid margins for financial success.
