Dale Stickles Working Experience Mr. Stickles has over 40 years of experience completing municipal inspection in the province of New Brunswick. Dale has supervised and coordinated resources for the construction of over one hundred assignments for municipalities, the Department of Supply and Services, Defence Construction Canada and the Department of Fisheries and Oceans and Department of Indian and Northern Affairs. Mr. Stickles has recently supervised three inspectors, one in the Town of Riverview (new subdivision, including water, sewer, storm and curb and gutter and asphalt) and one inspector in the City of Moncton (new Motel site, including water,sewer, storm, curb and gutter and asphalt) one in the City of Fredericton (full street upgrading) Mr. Stickles was recently the inspector for the Storm Sewer Renewal Project at the McAllister Mall and KV Library Expansion. Mr. Stickles also has worked on multiple watermain installations in Fredericton and surrounding areas including: Dewitt Acres to Riverside Drive (1500m-300mm ductile iron), Hugh John Flemming Forestry Complex to the Vanier Coop (2 miles-300mm ductile iron), and Marysville Trail (1.5 miles-350mm ductile iron). Inspect work on 60 lot subdivision, Fredericton North, Numerous Street upgrading jobs for the City of Fredericton, Village of New Maryland, Town of Oromocto.(including watermain, sanitary sewer and storm sewer.) Inspect work on 40 lot subdivision for Kingsclear First Nation. Started in 1972 with J. E. Brooks & Associates Consulting Engineers Limited.(Municipal Technician) In 1998 the company was bought by Project Engineering Limited (Municipal Technician) In 2008 the company was bought by Opus International Limited (Municipal Technician) In November 2011 to present I am employed with GEMTEC Limited as a Senior Municipal Technician.
