About Dale Struble

I had the pleasure of growing up overseas in South America and Europe before returning to the US for high school. My upbringing has taught me the great importance of an open perspective and effective communication. In school, I played a lot of sports and took classes such as drama and art history which piqued my interest. I followed my interests of numbers to an Engineering Major in College. I learned quickly, however, that Engineering wasn't something I was passionate about. I got a job as a Salesperson and excelled, moving into the Merchandising side of the business where I could take advantage of my math and analysis skills. From there Build gave me the opportunity to keep moving up. My work has become like a hobby. I enjoy building relationships within our company, our parent company, and our suppliers. I seem to learn something new every day about my industry and myself.
