My interest is to help vulnerable groups to adapt climate change and enhance capacities to mitigate natural hazard impacts. In this line, I am passionate about activities to engage people in decision-making process by implementing empowerment projects, research and development(R&D), advocacy activities, and analyzing policies related to environment, especially forest areas. I experienced in - Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR), and Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance(ESG) as a project manager to empower local communities' rights and improve their well-being- Natural resource management as a project manager in Inner Mongolia in China to combat desertification with NGO, and Chinese local government- Governmental International Cooperation Agency as a Young Professional in areas of maternal welfare, general health, and environment projects- Impact Evaluation as an assistant.
