With over 25 years of experience in human resources development, psychotherapy, and organizational change management, I have dedicated my career to enhancing human potential—both at an individual and organizational level. My journey has taken me across the Middle East, Europe, Central Asia, and the Arab Gulf, where I worked with corporate organizations, NGOs, and humanitarian initiatives. Throughout my career, I have- Designed and implemented HR strategies that improved workforce efficiency and engagement- Developed and led training programs in leadership, capacity building, and human development- Specialized in psychotherapy and hypnotherapy, helping individuals unlock resilience and emotional well-being- Worked with displaced populations and conflict zones, bringing trauma-informed care to communities in need. My approach is solution-focused, strength-based, and culturally competent—whether in corporate HR, psychotherapy, or social impact projects.
