I specialize in managing California Public Records Act (CPRA) requests, leading a team in leveraging technology to streamline the intake and fulfillment of high-volume, complex requests while maintaining a strong commitment to transparency, accountability, and public trust. Currently pursuing my Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC), I offer over five years of experience ensuring compliance with the Brown Act. I’m committed to becoming a well-rounded and forward-thinking leader in municipal governance, records management, and public service innovation. Notable achievements include leading the operational planning and organization of a Boardroom technology upgrade, collaborating closely with the project manager, executive leadership, and technical teams to ensure the solution aligned with meeting and workflow needs. I also revamped the Committee Clerk program, developing comprehensive manuals and interactive simulations, and directed the production of training videos to support cross-training, promote consistency, and build staff's independence in meeting support.
