Relationship Management: • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned merchants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure merchant retention and satisfaction. Performance Optimization: • Monitor merchant performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement. • Develop strategies to help merchants achieve business goals, including sales growth and customer engagement. Market Analysis and Feedback: • Gather feedback from merchants to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, tools, and offerings based on merchant feedback. Compliance and Risk Management: • Ensure merchants adhere to company policies, regulations, and quality standards. • Address and resolve compliance-related issues in a timely manner. Reporting and Documentation: • Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions, issues, and resolutions. • Prepare regular reports on merchant activity, performance, and market insights. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Economic Development • Proven experience in sales, or a similar role. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage conflicts effectively. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Familiarity with e-commerce, retail, or payment platforms is a plus.
