As the VP of Sales & Support at ProdataKey, I lead a team of passionate and dedicated professionals who provide the best solutions and service to our customers in the access control industry. We work with a variety of clients, from small businesses to large enterprises, to help them secure their facilities, streamline their operations, and reduce their costs. I have over three years of experience at ProdataKey, where I started as a Regional Sales Manager and quickly rose to the Director and then the VP level, thanks to the support and collaboration of my colleagues and mentors. During this time, I have contributed to the growth and development of the company, as well as my own skills and competencies. Some of my achievements include increasing the sales revenue by 50%, expanding the customer base by 35%, and improving the customer retention rate by 25%. I have also implemented process improvements, talent development programs, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and support functions. I lead with love and value. I believe that every interaction is an opportunity to add value and inspire others to improve themselves and their processes.
