I work closely with leadership, vendors, and end users, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance, and develop standards and documentation that strengthen operational consistency and service delivery.I also coordinate and oversee vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers, ensuring services meet contractual, technical, and security expectations.
