As an Identity Management Developer, I work with clients to automate, optimize, and secure their identity data and processes: • For an Oil and Gas company I sped up a data import process from 7 hours to minutes by rewriting a PowerShell script and creating a SQL stored procedure to retrieve data from their Ceridian DayForce SaaS HR application using their WebService APIs, to upload into SQL do some calculations, and import into MIM. • For a large technology company, I helped replace the manual process (often taking days per user) of assigning phone numbers by creating some of the MIM Portal Customizations and MIMWAL Workflows to enable automatic assignment of Phone Numbers in Microsoft Teams. • For a prestigious institution of Higher Education, I safeguarded their data by modifying their automation of MIM to validate the inputs in their CSV files and to ensure that large amounts of deletes, adds, or updates are subject to human approval. • At several clients, enhanced security by modifying existing PowerShell scripts to use Credentials stored in the Windows Credential Manager instead of in plaintext or encrypted files.
