I am a highly experienced engineering leader focused on expanding revenue and headcount while also improving on group, department, and company key performance indicators, KPI's. During my time in the biopharmaceutical industry, I have contributed to multiple technical papers and am a co-inventor on three patent applications. I am a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on viral vectors, viral vaccines, gene therapy production platforms, and process analytics and technologies, PAT.Most importantly I am a mentor, serving my team, department, and company by providing guidance and technical experience to accomplish our mission.
