As a dedicated Athletic Trainer with a passion for Recovery and Regeneration science, I specialize in the on-field return-to-play aspect of rehabilitation. My professional journey began at the University of Louisville, where I served as a seasonal assistant athletic trainer for the Men’s Soccer and Tennis teams. This early experience paved the way for my role with Real Salt Lake, where I worked closely with first-team athletes. Currently, I am proud to be one of the First Team Assistant Athletic Trainers at FC Cincinnati, overseeing the Recovery & Regeneration protocols for our first-team athletes. My career progressed from working with academy teams to being promoted to Head Athletic Trainer for FC Cincinnati 2, showcasing my commitment and expertise in the field. I possess a strong skill set in injury evaluation, on-field rehabilitation coordination, and logistical management. I am also passionate about integrating data-driven approaches to ensure athletes not only return to play but also maintain optimal health throughout the season. My background in strength training further enhances my ability to support athletes during both rehabilitation and performance phases. I hold certifications in Hawk Grip and dry needling, allowing me to incorporate advanced techniques into my training methods. Currently, I am pursuing a master's certification in "Nutrition for Football Performance," which will further enhance my ability to optimize athlete health and performance. I am committed to fostering an environment that prioritizes athlete health, driven by a deep understanding of the complexities of recovery and regeneration.
