About Dalton Lamb

At Spectrum Machine I have learned many skills in manual machine operation. My skills applied to manual lathes include, turning, boring, threading, grooving, and tapering. My skills on manual mills include, drilling, milling grooves, tapping, and slotting. I also hold the skills to operate band saws and manage inventory in a warehouse setting. In the warehouse I also have the skill set to package and ship raw materials and finished goods. At Todd Lamb Paving and Excavating my skills are applied to many different machine types. In a skid steer loader I am able load trucks, bring ground to grade, spread aggregates, and operate various attachments. On an excavator I have the skill set to dig trenches and install drainage and sewer pipe. I am also capable of running asphalt rollers and know the proper techniques in compacting hot mix asphalt, sub bases, and aggregates. Additionally I have skills necessary to transport, maintain, and repair all machinery involved in excavation, landscaping, road building, and asphalt paving.
