As an Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at Vision Municipal Solutions, I manage IT services and help desk for over 100 clients across three states, providing a full range of IT solutions and sales to city government, police department, utility district, and private office clients. I have over 10 years of experience in various IT roles, including network technician, engineer, and customer relationship lead. I hold multiple certifications, such as Level 4 Security CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Systems) CompTIA A+, and Microsoft Azure. In addition to my IT manager role, I am also a certified AI trainer, regularly holding workshops aimed at training offices how to utilize AI technology efficiently and how to integrate into their pipeline. I am passionate about developing interpersonal relationships and exploring how people and technology relate to each other, and how to facilitate that interaction. I enjoy working with technology both professionally and as a hobby, and I am always pushing to be current and competent in all the happenings in the IT world.
