My name is Charles Dalton Mills I graduated from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) in 2018 with a degree in Marketing. I have been a Store Manager in 4 different locations over the past 5 years in the Birmingham area. In 2021, I oversaw the opening of a new location in Vestavia Hills. This included setting up the water, gas, electricity, ordering all new product and shelving, and staffing an entire stores worth of employees. In the past 2 years at the Vestavia Hills location, I have won numerous awards with Sherwin Williams including, but not limited to, Store Manager of the Year 2023 (Birmingham district) and 2 Presidents Club Level Awards (2022 & 2023). This is an award given to Store Managers who attain over 110% of their budgeted numbers for Total Sales, Gallons Sold, and Controllable Contribution. Since opening in 2021, my store has grown from $0 in sales to over $1million in sales in the first 12 months of business and it is now on pace for $2million sales in the 2024 calendar year.
