As a Manager in Field Solutions at The Home Depot, I support a team of analysts responsible for coordinating inventory needs across the company network with Field Merchandising leadership. My team is responsible for managing inventory related concerns from the region level down to the individual store level, ensuring optimal product availability and customer satisfaction. I have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, graduating in 2021. I have also obtained multiple certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Google BigQuery, and Bloomberg Marketing Concepts. I have strong communication and organizational skills, along with experience in retail replenishment, which I leverage to foster trust and collaboration with multiple cross functional partners. I have successfully captained several seasonal and special events, such as the 2023 Spring Seasonal Taskforce, Puerto Rico 25th Anniversary Ad, and the 2022 Back to Campus Laydown Event, overseeing large-scale inventory planning and replenishment for hundreds of SKUs and millions of dollars in sales. I am motivated by delivering high-quality solutions that enhance the performance and profitability of The Home Depot, the world's largest home improvement specialty retailer.
