About Damane Sello

Self driven Individual who thrives on the values of life. I work hard to constantly reach the targets I have set for myself. I prefer to surround myself with positive minds because of my inspirational propensities. I love challenges and for that reason, complacency drives me safely to boredom land. My main objective is to always be the best at what I do. I have been involved in lean manufacturing, logistics and I have skills in SAP transactions in relation to planning, bill of material and routing creations. I have worked with material handling and inventory control systems. My involvement in product development has enabled me to learn and understand a manufacturing process from design, configuration, process and system setup, logistics, procurement, quality, production and finally sales. I have an unbelievable urge to constantly improve and learn new skills. I have developed excellent interpersonal communication skills and consider myself a good team player.
