About Damba Buffalonda

After working in aviation field for six years in two companies, I decided to pursue a career change in the tech industry. I joined Qraved, an online food discovery and reservation platform, as an Operations Officer in Feb 2021, where I managed the daily operations and quality assurance of the B2B sales team. I contributed to increasing the customer retention rate by 25% and the customer satisfaction score by 15% in one year. In Mar 2022, I was promoted to B2B Operations Manager, where I oversaw the end-to-end sales cycle and customer relationship management of Qraved's corporate clients. I led a team of six operations officers and coordinated with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver seamless and customized solutions for our clients. Since Aug 2022, I have been working as BD Ops at StaffAny, a cloud-based workforce management software for SMEs. I am responsible for managing daily sales operations, conducting product demos and maintaining the relationship with the customers. I also provide feedback and insights to the product and engineering teams to improve the features and functionality of the software. I am passionate about solving the pain points of SME owners and empowering them with the tools and resources to optimize their operations and grow their businesses.
