About Dametri Pratt

With over two years of work experience in the field of mental health, I am passionate about improving the well-being and quality of life of individuals and communities. I have a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, and I have worked as a Mental Health Technician at Holly Hill Hospital and a Direct Support Professional at The Arc Montgomery County. In these roles, I have developed and demonstrated competencies in communication, human resources, and manufacturing process improvement. I have also supported and empowered clients with diverse needs and backgrounds, such as those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, substance abuse, and trauma. My mission is to use my skills and expertise to provide compassionate and effective mental health services that promote healing, recovery, and resilience. I am eager to join a team that shares my values and goals, and that offers opportunities for growth and learning.
