About Damian Amole

I’m an accomplished IT project executive with experience leading the delivery of enterprise programs and projects to meet organizational strategic and regulatory objectives. I am currently leading multiple teams on a multi-million dollar initiative for the biggest financial institution in Canada. I’m self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and I have always been able to build and maintain relationships and motivate and inspire trust at all levels. This has truly helped me in my career. I believe in continuous self-development and I have an excellent balance of business acumen and technical skills with multi-disciplinary certifications in project management, financial risk management, cyber security and IT risk controls and governance. I’m on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Urban Financial Professionals (CAUFP) and specifically in charge of strategy, planning and execution of programming for the organization through collaboration with internal and external partners. I’m interested in having meaningful conversations with new people, sharpening my skills and exploring new opportunities.
