I’ve led mission-critical programs under Canada’s National Shipbuilding Strategy, including project managing the build and commissioning of the Offshore Fisheries Science Vessels (OFSV), and now drive large-scale business transformations such as Seaspan’s enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud ERP implementation. My focus is on modernizing core business functions - finance, supply chain, HR, planning and operations - while embedding governance, process redesign, and performance management to unlock measurable efficiency and schedule reliability. Beyond ERP, I’m accountable for shaping Seaspan’s digital future: identifying and evaluating emerging technologies such as AI, advanced analytics, and automation to position the shipyard for long-term competitiveness. I bring a calm, inclusive leadership style that helps teams feel confident through change, while keeping momentum on near-term priorities.
