About Damian Kendrick

After serving 10 years in the U.S. Army—working in telecommunications and building cross-cultural partnerships from Croatia to Thailand—I transitioned into a dual calling: driving business growth and advancing the mission of the Church. Today, I serve as a Business Development Specialist with Patriot Angels, where I help veterans and their families access long-overlooked VA benefits. I specialize in strategic partnerships, cross-sector collaboration, and community engagement—especially within the aging services and long-term care industries. Alongside my work in the veteran space, I serve the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church as both a local pastor and Regional Director of Christian Education. I bring a missiological lens to everything I do, shaped by degrees in Christian Ministry (Boise Bible College) and Missional Leadership (Northwest Nazarene University), and grounded in ongoing doctoral research exploring theology, justice, and the inclusion of the outsider. Whether in business, ministry, or education, my approach is guided by the same values: authentic connection, cultural sensitivity, and a deep commitment to transformation—both personal and systemic.
