I was employed at Indus International School as a Administration Manager whilst studying towards a diploma in computer application and masters in Operations management and Human Resource Management. I am currently employed with Vibgyor Group of School and managed around 135 Admin and support staff within the organization which included Facilities, Events, Catering, Security, Landscaping, Housekeeping etc. My job profile involves processing orders, customer service, implementing promotions, staff training and mentoring, confidential letters etc. My strengths include providing exceptional customer service, building trust and rapport with peers and clients, as well as highly organized and possess solid business acumen.
