Customer Lifetime Value / Service Excellence Throughout my 20+ year journey in the hospitality world, I have defined a special level of customer-centric service as my top credo, because I love working with customers and solving their problems. Every (potential) customer is more than just a customer to me - I see every single one as a guest, as the goal should be to pass on an individual experience tailored to their needs. With a guest you connect a kind of personal relationship; you do your best to make him feel comfortable; you want him to come back; in the best case you treat him special and make him feel welcome - it is an important and long-term relationship! I am currently employed as Customer Success Manager at eptura. In this role, I focus on delivering customer service excellence throughout their journey with our solutions. When I’m not working in CX, I love to get involved in volunteering. I am an active volunteer and board member at the local mountainbike club "Wheels over Frankfurt e.V.", focused on regional trail legalization and youth outreach/promotion.
