As a Deal Shaper, I craft custom solutions that address unique business challenges, leveraging Capgemini’s technology expertise and partnerships. Leading the EMEA Go-To-Market strategy for PEGA, I focus on creating synergy with the recent Knowledge Expert acquisition, accelerating growth, and positioning Capgemini as PEGA’s top strategic partner in Europe. Through collaboration with PEGA, I aim to establish Capgemini’s leadership in intelligent solutions across Europe, delivering transformative value to clients. 2018 - 2022: CPTO & Transformation Executive, Hardis Group I imagined, designed, and launched Digital Commerce by HG, a strategic initiative in Composable Commerce, encompassing vision, business strategy, partnerships, HR, sales, and marketing. As Cloud Transformation Executive, I led Hardis Group’s cloud journey with GCP and Azure, and oversaw advanced solutions in data/AI, blockchain, and IoT, creating products that meet evolving market demands. 🧰 2017 - 2020: Business Unit Manager, Hardis Group I managed and grew business units focused on Advanced Solutions for supply chains, manufacturing, and retail. Additionally, I led the Business Applications team in Grenoble, overseeing HR, sales, and delivery across IT services. 2015 - 2016: Digital Software Development & Agile Transformation I provided technical management for web, mobile, and big data/AI software, leading business development initiatives and implementing agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, TDD) to foster effective project delivery. 2014: Data Agile Center, Hardis Group I established an Agile Center in Grenoble, focusing on data management, digital applications, and innovation through design thinking and lean startup methods. 2011 - 2014: Lab'Innovation Manager, Rhône-Alpes, Capgemini Built and led Capgemini’s innovation lab, applying design thinking and emerging tech to enhance customer experiences.
