About Damion Wonfor

I am an experienced executive coach (Master Practitioner EMCC Global EIA), coach trainer, mindfulness trainer, coach supervisor (ESIA EMCC Global) and facilitator. I have coached and trained at all levels within the private, public and third sectors and in Elite Sport in the UK and globally. The majority of my 1-2-1 coaching focuses now on Senior Leaders within Executive roles. I am passionate about building strong relationships with clients and helping individuals to explore their personal authenticity and emotional intelligence to make sustainable changes to their leadership behaviour. I bring a high degree of calm presence, support and challenge, enabling clients to fully accept and embrace change. I started Catalyst 14 to bring together all the strands of the work I am passionate about delivering and everything has coaching and mindfulness at its heart - I deliver programmes that create transformational change. I have been independently leading and delivering accredited coach education programmes (EMCC Global, ILM and Post Graduate) since 2009. In terms of my corporate experience, I spent 15 years in senior learning and development roles within large blue chip organisations in the financial and professional service sectors. My last corporate role was as Global Learning and Development Manager for a professional services firm supporting staff across 40 countries. I hold an MSc in Coaching and Development; a Master Practitioner (EMCC Global EIA); an Advanced Diploma in Coaching Supervision (CSA); European Individual Supervision Award (ESIA EMCC Global), a certificate in Systemic Coaching and Constellations; Family Constellations Foundation and Family Constellations Applied, a Diploma in Interpersonal Mindfulness; I have trained as a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher with Exeter University; Certificate Integrating Mindfulness and Compassion into 1-2-1 Practice, a Master Practitioner in NLP; have a Certificate in Training Practice and I am a Certified Heartmath Coach. Currently completing a Diploma in Mindfulness Based Therapeutic Counselling. I am also certified in EQi 2.0 and EQ-360 2.0, Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step I, and Step II, TKI and VoicePrint tools. I am a member of the EMCC Global and the Association of Coaching Supervisors (AOCS).
