About Damir Fatkhriev

I am a Product Manager with over 11 years of experience in both B2B and B2C with a background in ridetech, foodtech, e-commerce, gamedev, education and collaborative tools. Throughout my career, I have managed a diverse portfolio of seven products, worked with over B2B clients, over 80 Mln B2C users, achieved more than $100 million in revenue per year. My biggest passions are solving peoples’ issues by creating products and finding opportunities to grow metrics and businesses. I am a numbers guy, I like to analyze and prefer making decisions based on data. Currently, I serve as the Head of Product Portfolio at Yandex, the largest IT company in the Russian market (aka ‘Russian Google’). In this role, I have launched new products and implemented a product strategy for an ecosystem product, generated a new revenue stream and achieved 35% of the total GMV volume. I have also led the integration of existing services into the ecosystem, resulting in a 25% penetration rate for new services. Additionally, I have built a high-performing product team and released **seven** products for B2B clients. The B2B products that were launched are based on popular B2B services- Yandex GO Taxi - Yandex Delivery - Yandex Eats - Yandex Fuel - Yandex Travel - Yandex Market 🪑 - Yandex Lavka 🥦 I am well aware how these B2C services work: order flow, operations, unit economy, processes. I have also worked as a Product Manager at an education startup and as a Product Owner in a game publisher. I have successfully released new products, launched products in new regions, improved monetization and engagement for various projects, established a good intercultural interaction with the team from Korea.
