I am a committed, energetic, result oriented professional with an extensive experience in testing large to medium scale software. My 4+ years experience in Software Testing in projects of clients such as British Telecom - UK allowed me to gain strong testing skills in Agile test planning, scoping, executing and reporting of web based applications and Content Management Systems. My skills in time management, creativity and logical thinking, co-ordination and planning have always strengthen my performance. Having worked in the employment services industry under Government Contracts, I gained a lot of experience and skills in customer service and Administration. My background in IT has allowed me to manage my own workload efficiently as well as my team by developing and implementing processes to enhance efficiency of the business practices and procedures.
