Today more than 90% of NDB's transactions are routed through Digital channels & I was instrumental in creating an “eco system” to create more value to clients. Strategic & Business Strategy: Executing Digital Strategy for business line (Personal Financial Services, Project Finance, and Business & Wholesale Banking) in line with NDB Bank’s overall Business Strategy. HR & Financial Management: Transformed HR & Financial metrics due to my innovative digital banking services. Project & Change Management: Appointed by the Central Bank of SL as the Chairman of the Sri Lanka’s Digital Roadmap Monitoring Committee and also a Member of the National Payments Council SL. Led multiple projects during my career and currently acting as the Project Director for the Core Banking Re-implementation project.
