I have more then 11 year exprince in Export Import documentation and logostics, Make all pre_shipment and post_shipments documentations and logistics and operations, Coordinations with CHA, Shipping Line,Custom, Transporters and forwarders, Check B/L drsft file SI and final bl issue, also team manegmeant and planing,Application for paper BG & swift BG, LC opening and approval.In present job I handle Air freight negotiation sea freight negotiation for Export & Import.I Make all Pre/Post-shipment Export Documents as per LC terms & buyer requirement & submit in bank.Check all import documents & bill of entry, IGM and planning in advance for time close shipment.Follow-up with Production, W/H, and buyer for Staffing of Container and timely movement.I Responsible for export logistic, commercial & warehousing operations, leading a team for Export Operations & handle export Documentation by ensuring the timely delivery Shipments as per time lines.Follow-up with Line, Freight Forwarders for Vessel Planning & BL Release as per Buyer need,Handling Export Import documentation & over viewing the entire customs clearance process,Co-ordination with forwarders, transporters for delivery & planning for export & Import shipments.Track Import Export Shipments and update to CHA & Party, plan work according shipment status forwarder for close shipments on time & Co-ordination with Transporter for timely Pick up Container and sent to Factory for Stuff shipments.For all export-import shipments file Shipping bill, VGM,ISF,ACD,BL & SI File on INTTRA portal & Line portal,Follow-up with CHA meeting with CHA, forwarder, transporters for smooth shipment movement rate negotiations.Import Documentation & Logistics Responsibilities, Preparing daily status report (DSR) of imports shipments and tracing the movement on a daily basis.In present job I handle Air freight negotiation sea freight negotiation for Import shipments and make freight comparison sheet and share to Head of deportment for approval and further process. Co-coordination with CHA & freight forwarder for import shipment & getting status available required doc.Check Imports shipment draft documents BL commercial invoice, packing list, COO, certificate of quality, Pre shipment inspection certificate, certificate of quality etc. received from supplier & final document Pre-Alert to CHA for import Clarence. Share final Scan import docs with Cha for import shipment clearance.Checking bill of entry check list, custom duty, HSN Code and IGM on ICEGATE for import shipments.
