Involved in formulating medical billing policies, procedures, checks and balances in the process flow and the necessary documentation. Involved in employees selection process, preparing test materials, giving guidelines for day to day training in the operations and developed more than 300 Medical Billing Professionals. Involved in Data conversion process and successfully converted data from Perfect Care to +Medic, Medic to Proactive and Medisoft to Medic for different projects. Played very important role in data analysis, planning, co-ordination with Software team, then matching all the financial data and other data between two software involved in conversion. Played major role in Collection Agency Project and that was the first time is been done in the industry to say in other words Collection agency work for US done outside US. Participated in Green Belt Six Sigma Training conducted by Certified Consultants in the Company. Created Unique Knowledge Database where everyone can learn entire information about Medical Billing Processes and successfully implemented the same in the Company.
