After more than 10 years in Marketing Operations, my experiences have spanned a wide array of marketing channels, mediums, and systems. From the day to day support of over 20 marketing campaign managers, to leading a team spread across the globe in various time zones – I take every challenge as a new opportunity to improve the status quo. Over the years, not only have I mentored and trained my team on best practices and system usage within a complex data landscape, I have developed and optimized processes that cemented understanding and allowed marketers to provide consistent results. By having a solid understanding of many systems and tools - including Oracle Eloqua, Tableau, Alteryx, and various CRM systems - I am able to connect the dots and provide data and analytics that span multiple facets, including a comprehensive view of both customers and prospects, product penetration and spend.
