Background
About Damon Hall
I have 12yrs in metal manufacturing with eight of those years as a supervisor/manager where I led anywhere from 15-30 men depending on work load. My role as supervisor I was in charge of scheduling, completing projects on time and under budget, hiring I also influenced upper manager with employee raises and unfortunately terminating employees as well. Worked very closely with the other departmental supervisors for timely delivery of parts to complete jobs. I have spent the past 2yrs and 7months as a outside sales representative for a aftermarket suspension company which is bases out of Sturgis SD as an OSR I was responsible for building the brand, marketing it to our customers old or new. I also handled customer questions, concerns and anything else that they wanted to pick my brain on. I set up all of my own travels which included setting up dealer visits with other reps, airfare, hotels and such where I covered every corner of the US.
