About Damon Siebert

In 1998 I joined Vancity and have worked in multiple branches and departments. For the last couple of years my most recent positions have been working with our IT department and the frontline staff for our core banking system Temenos T24. As a subject matter expert of the system I am a Senior Analyst in Community Member Service Operations. I assist all lines of our business with our system so staff can do their job faster and easier. Before taking on this role I was a Team Manager of Performance with the Payment Solutions & Member Service Centre. In this role I managed a team of approximately 15+ agents. This including hiring and training development while managing the day to day operations of a busy call centre. I love my career and working for Vancity. It is a great organization and I believe truly one of the best companies to work for. In the year I turned a hobby into a business and started Images Photography by Damon Siebert. Primarily through positive word of mouth and public exposure at wedding shows this business continued to grow and be successful. In 2016 I decided to retire from shooting and working two jobs to spend more time with my family.
