About Damon Stein

Focusing on my military and life experiences during the past 30 years, I bring a wealth of respected knowledge with leadership techniques to bring personnel together. Currently I am the Senior Operations Manager overseeing 127 personnel, both officer and enlisted, completing 20 years of Active Military Duty. I am an experienced Operations Manager and Professional seeking a position supporting an organization’s Mission. My strengths are adaptability and resourcefulness pursuing new strategies to influence team members attaining a desired goal. As a respected leader it is essential for me to apply my professional skills in management and communication, to develop and educate diverse team members about the importance in surpassing the expectations. Learning new techniques and policies to meet the demands of an ever-changing world and staying on top is essential for me. Applying different learning styles is an important attribute where I encourage creative learning methods, both in a classroom and virtual environments. I am married and just recently celebrated 30 years of marriage to my wonderful wife Kelly. We have a 13-year-old daughter who is our Academic, Softball Superstar and an all sports athlete. I enjoy playing golf when not going to sporting practices, games, and tournaments and doing any yard work. Over the past 10 years I have completed four college degree programs with three in the Information Technology field.
