I led and coordinated complex maintenance projects, ensuring operational readiness across multiple deployments. I also mentored junior sailors, fostering professional growth while aligning team efforts with mission-critical objectives. Now, at SERVPRO, I continue to build on that foundation by managing restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish—balancing budgets, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent communication and delivery. With a focus on continuous improvement, I drive operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and aligning team performance with business goals. Currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University, I combine academic insights with real-world experience to lead with strategy, adaptability, and accountability.
