About Dan Allen

My career experience and skills have grown from a deep desire to succeed in the Aviation & Aerospace Industry. I have enjoyed many roles throughout my career in Aircraft Maintenance including starting out as a qualified mechanic all the way through to my most recent positions in Project Management. Within the last 7 years I have successfully managed projects of all levels including component overhaul through to Aircraft Scheduled Maintenance, Modifications, Pre-Purchase Inspections and Lease Hand Back Checks. My abilities have undoubtedly come from receiving both quality and continual training along with years of ‘hands on’ experience. This combination has allowed me to effectively communicate with all the relevant stakeholders within the project life cycle. I’m a huge fan of Problem Solving and relish the challenge to find solutions to technical and commercial issues commonplace within Aircraft Maintenance Projects. By accessing my critical thinking abilities, I can effectively and accurately find resolution and suggest corrective actions to avoid further potential occurrences. Through establishing firm technical expertise, Industry knowledge and standards I have the utmost confidence in my skills and abilities in achieving project targets with complete customer satisfaction.
