About Dan Andrei Bus

I am interested in creating forms that not only serve a function but are also based in logic. In large part, I am influenced by science fiction, the development of technology, digital culture, trends and their psychology (what does contemporary mean?), the crossover area between function and expression and how the interaction of all these factors influence our visual culture and ultimately our reality. My background is in painting, but because of a change in outlook, and consequently, direction in my work, I am currently looking to transition to product design. I hope to find and obtain a position where my strengths in concept development and image rendering can compliment and benefit the values and workflow of a creative department that focuses on footwear and/or apparel design.
