As the chief architect, I leverage methodologies, tools and techniques to provide solutions within the IBM Learning ecosystem. Previously I led the IT Architecture and Project Management for Machine Learning components associated with internal learning, including various IBM Watson tools enabling- Automated tagging of Learning content through Natural Language Processing (NLP)- Personalized recommendations learning to users from the learning catalog- Automated quality checks of Learning content using NLP Prior to that, I provided Architectural, Project Management and development support for- Consolidated consolidated global travel and expense processing through implementation of a system supporting over 400K users in 40+ countries and $2B annual spend- Implementation of tooling to support cross border matrix management registration, validation and various HR based reporting based upon functional hierarchies - Implementation of and integration with vendor provided global international assignment system supporting the IBM global population.
