About Dan Avram

I am a polyglot Software Engineer (C++/ Python / Java) who loves working with interactive and real-time applications, including satellite control systems, fintech applications, 3D video games, augmented & virtual reality and more. Moreover, I am also fascinated by Machine Learning, as it applies to image, scientific and financial market data analysis. I have delved into sentiment analysis, Neural Networks, LSTMs and others, using Python, Pandas, Numpy and PyTorch. I'd love to combine my passion for creating great software with either development of new user interfaces (or experiences), for emerging technologies like AR or VR and/or machine learning and other AI techniques that enable quantitative finance algorithms to beat markets, video game simulations to defeat human players & computer vision applications that enable new ways of human-computer interaction.
