I am a small town person who believes in the greatness of this country and am proud of it's history, and I try to help people achieve their dreams and have better lives through the consulting I do, the programs I support, and the work that I do as a manager, trainer, and active real estate salesperson. I am a strong family man who has raised children of his own and am now raising my two Grandsons (ages 14 & 7) with my wife Victoria. I am a 33 year California Real Estate Broker (DRE#00983099), and I started my career as a hard money lender (privately funded equity loans to those who do not qualify at conventional banks or mortgage brokers), at one time servicing and collecting approximately $5 Million in small equity loans (average loan amounts) prior to leaving that business for real estate sales. I have sold and leased commercial real estate as well as residential (my primary focus now), and I have enjoyed training and mentoring and watching the success of many Realtors who have worked with me over the years. I am currently the Managing Broker of a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices office with over 40 agents, and I still actively sell real estate myself, as I believe I must stay active and aware of what my agents are experiencing at any given time in the ever changing and challenging residential real estate market in order to properly coach and advise them and their clients.
