About Dan Becerescu

Even before I got my degree in Psychology my love for movies and writing landed me a job at HBO Romania. Six month later, I started working for Pro TV Romania - the leading broadcaster in the country. And this story has taken me the last 16 years. Qualitative Research helped me understand the real, flesh and blood, viewer, while Quantitative Research offered me the big picture, numbers and trends. I moved on to Programming and picked up all its tricks, on and off the books. I am currently working as Head of Development & Strategy, seeking to maximize any opportunity in the market for my company. I am interested about the current increasing trend of technology and I am eager to learn new technologies that provide new business opportunities. People say I am a good team player and I myself feel I can easily connect to others. I value honesty above all things. Apart of my passion for television & movies, I get very enthusiastic about slow travelling and the NBA. Specialties- Television, Broadcast, Research, Media Production, New Media.
