About Dan Beverly

Dan Beverly serves as Vice President of the Valuation and Advisory Services business in Southern California. In this role, he is active in performing a variety of valuation and consulting engagements across a broad spectrum of property types in the Southern California market, as well as Hawaii. Currently, most valuations and consulting assignments consist of institutional-grade investment properties, such as hotels and resorts, multifamily, retail, industrial, and office, as well as a broad spectrum of specialized property types. Assignments have ranged anywhere from small owner-occupied buildings up to $1 billion+ investment grade properties and property portfolios. Dan has obtained the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, and holds a State Certified General Appraiser license in California, Florida, Hawaii, New York, and Washington. Clients include a variety of local, national, and international clients, including local and national banks, financial institutions, lawyers, government entities, and REITs, among others. Actively engaged in commercial real estate valuation and consulting since 2007, Dan graduated from The University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in General Business Administration and a minor in Real Estate. Professional associations include an active membership with the Appraisal Institute, as well as contribution to various other organizations, including being a panelist for the Real Estate Resource Corporation (RERC), and contributions to the IRR Viewpoint Surveys.
